1 / Tell us everything
Once we have confirmed we are available on your date, we will set up a discovery call to talk about overall vision, venue and budget. This is where we talk about things that are most important to you, design elements you love or hate, how you want design to feel and what matters to you most in the process.
2 / Design + Vision
We build a floral design/experience board based on our discovery call. This can include palette, textures, scale and the feeling you want to take away from the design.
3 / Lock it in
You'll receive a proposal and contract. After you look it over and decide we are gonna be new besties, we will lock it in! To put your date officially on our calendar, a deposit and signed contract is required. Then the fun begins!
4 / Behind The Scenes
This is where we obsess: sourcing the right stems, the vessels and the rentals. Figuring out our installation plans, refining every detail, and coordinating timeline items (delivery, install, flip, strike, etc) with you, your planner, and your venue so nothing is left to chance.
We will also have a follow up design meeting before your final balance is due to make sure our guest counts align, our table numbers are correct, etc.
5 / Event Week
The work starts days before you see a single stem. We pick up all our floral orders, process and condition every bunch, and build the mechanics that hold the design together. Then comes event day: Our team will handle delivery, install, the flip and the strike (when needed). All of it by us, all of it invisible to you.
